Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for services.

2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. 

3. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-show") will be charged 100% of the service price. Future appointments may require pre-payment in full.

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for completed hypnotherapy sessions as the service provided is based on time and professional expertise. However, we are committed to your Satisfaction.

5. Digital Products
All sales of downloadable audio recordings, digital guides, and online programs are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

6. Technical Difficulties
In the event of significant technical issues during an online session (e.g., total loss of internet connection), we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.

7. Practitioner Cancellation
If for any reason Online Hypno needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer you the choice between rescheduling or a full refund for that session.

8. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us within 48 hours. We value your feedback and will work with you to address your concerns.

9. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top.
